Easy gluten-free grain-free no added sugar waffle recipe

We love classic breakfast baked goods like pancakes and waffles. What we love even more is when we hit on a recipe that meets our gluten-free, grain-free, no sugar added lifestyle AND is easy to make!

This recipe makes tasty and hearty waffles. With the banana and the other ingredients, the texture is more muffin-like versus the traditional waffle. 

Your favorite flavor of JuNūla adds great texture and flavors to the dish.

Easy gluten-free grain-free no added sugar waffle recipe

Makes about 10 4-inch waffles (based on our mini waffle maker)

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

4 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

½ C almond flour

3 Tbsp coconut flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

¼ C JuNūla Just Nuts Granola (your choice of which flavor)

Directions:

Mash banana in a mixing bowl.

Mix in eggs and vanilla until well blended.

Add the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until incorporated.

Stir in the JuNūla.

Add the right amount to your waffle iron and cook until browned.

Enjoy with whatever topping you'd like to add!
